Season 32 Race Preview Route Championship 2 YO Fillies Final

digitaldowns.us the world’s best virtual horse racing game on the internet proudly presents the Juvenile Fillies Champ Route Finals!

The big money route finals are finally here! We have a dozen 2 YO fillies set to battle for 12F for the ultimate prize. The winner will get the lion’s share of 220,800Kc. It was a long journey for these 2 YOs to get the necessary points to make it into the big money finals. Amazing job by the connections to get to this point. Let’s take a closer look at the field.

#1 THIRD TITLE

Could not have been any more impressive on debut tracking a sizzling early pace for 11F, inhaling the leaders rounding the far turn and kicking clear by 4 lengths! She stopped the clock in 2:17.88 and earned a 98 speed figure that day. She scored again in her next start dominating this group by 3 lengths in a ridiculous 2:02.60. Last seen finishing a strong 3rd in the Classic finals, navigating her outside post perfectly and coming home with good energy late. She was one of the only horses to make a move from the back that night, in what turned out to be a speed favoring surface. The extra ground tonight and a cozy rail draw may be enough to propel her veteran conditioner into the winner’s circle for his first championship.

#2 RAPID HEART

Regally bred late bloomer broke her maiden in a MSW event on turf in her second start against just two other foes. She rocketed up the class ladder to face this group in her next outing and finished a length back in 3rd. Its hard to decipher her place against this group with the limited resume, but she needs to take a big step forward off her last to compete for another minor board spot.

#3 MOON TROLL

Facing tough foes all season long, cashing in for win honors twice and placing in a few others. She likes to mix it up early and should be an early pace presence up front with her inside drawn. I have some real concerns with her staying the trip as she’s given way the lead in the late stages at much shorter distances. Needs to temper her speed to last.

#4 WELL BRED FILLY

Got on a hot streak in October winning 3 straight including 2 in a row against this group earning back-to-back 98 speed figures for 10F. Her form has darken since then prompting a 7 week absence to get her back to her winning ways. Could hit the board based on her ability to stay the trip, but needs to fire fresh off the bench.

#5 YORKTOWN GIRL

Closed from the parking lot 2 back to just get up on the steep class hike. While the speed figure came back a bit light, it was an impressive outing for a filly who’s been racing against much softer earlier in the season. Its clear she can stay the trip having spent much of the season racing at these marathon distances. I’m just not sure she’s fast enough for win honors, but must be considered for your exotics.

#6 NOVEMBER TENTH

Is a half sister to 2 YO Classic Champion WEAR MY SMOKEY who scampered clear last week in just her 2nd start to get the title. She’s not been nearly as impressive as that one, but has had her moments this season finishing 3rd to SHAIREDIDITFORORB in the 12F Saratoga Classic facing males for the first time. She seems to need an honest pace up front, but is another capable of a board placing with the right trip.

#7 NO CLAUS TO COMPLAIN

Still eligible for the N2L condition she’s been facing stiff competition all season long in the Classic and Route qualifiers this season. She didn’t fire from the extreme outside post in last weeks Classic finals, finishing a well beaten last of 12, but has fared better when given more ground to travel. She’ll be given more time to find her best stride, but needs to improve against this level for the minors.

#8 TERESA OF AVILA

Came on late to be 4th in the Classic Conso last week with a difficult post assignment. She’s dropped her last 11 races since beginning her career a perfect 2 for 2 and has been nibbling around the top 3 for much of the season. While the bulk of her earnings this season have come over the dirt course her wins have not. The 0 for 8 record over tonight’s dirt is a resume hard to ignore in a spot such as this one. Needs to improve to be a factor.

#9 DOOM WAGON TO HELL

Graduated at first asking in the Eliminator series drawing away in the late stages to win by 1 length. Since then she’s had trouble hitting the board and may have set a record getting into this field with just 6Kc in career earnings. She’s been able to manage 4th against this group on two occasions, but was a distant 4th at the much shorter 10F distance. May be an early pace presence.

#10 SOFT TAIL

Scored against winners on debut over the grass by 3 widening lengths, then put forth against Route qualifier foes looking for points for tonight’s final. She’s finished out of the money in both tries at 12F and has yet to score over the dirt course. With the outside draw and declining speed figures of late it might be a little too much to ask.

#11 WAR BULLET

Nicely put together filly has been up and down this season, but appears to have been given some difficult post draws for most of her poor efforts. While the 12F distance is less than ideal with her early speed, I do think she may be able to hold on for a piece given her pedigree. Outside draw screams send job.

#12 QUEENS MARTIAL

Late developer ran them off there feet last out stopping the clock in an eye-popping 2:02.51 recording a robust 99 speed figure. While she defeated just 3 foes that day its clear this filly has superstar caliber talent. She finished a game 4th earlier this month pressing the pace early at tonight’s 12 panel distance. Draws poorly tonight on the far outside, but it might make her relax a bit and avoid getting into a speed duel. Top 3 contender based on limited resume and speed figs.
